Responsibilities
- You will work closely with members of the Zuora legal team on a variety of legal matters.
- Draft and review NDA, procurement contracts, and technology partnership contracts.
- Provide commercial contracting support by researching issues on privacy, compliance, and international law.
- Assist with the design and implementation of legal processes to support a fast growing company.
- Create templates and playbook on issues including privacy, and information security.

Requirements
- Good standing as a student at an ABA accredited law school. Strong academic credentials.
