Professor Bogdan is an associate professor at Columbia College and is a veteran of the entertainment industry. He began his career as an attorney in private practice focusing on the leveraged exploitation of entertainment content through new media platforms. Professor Bogdan worked as Sr. V.P. of Business and Legal Affairs for the WWE and spent the majority of his law firm years at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in Los Angeles.

Loren grew up in the DIY world. Its tenets—creativity, collaboration, chutzpah—remain the core of his practice. Over his 10+ years as an attorney, Loren has represented musical talent with combined album sales of over 20 million, and millions more in singles. He counsels multi-platinum recording artists, songwriters, producers, and industry-leading individuals and entities of every kind. Loren is also a published scholar and lecturer at Columbia College Chicago. Loren lives in the Rogers Park neighborhood.
Maye is a native of New York City, where she attended Brooklyn College. She has a Masters degree in Sports Management and a Law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. During her collegiate career, Ms. Maye played softball and basketball. Beyond her collegiate years, she played Professional basketball in Europe. She also coached basketball internationally as well as on the collegiate level at Brooklyn College and Northeastern University. While building a client base spanning the national and international markets, Ms. Maye, created camps and tours for professional athletes to showcase their talents for international basketball scouts. She successfully negotiated programs support from corporate sponsors, like New Balance. Maye represents a host of male and female basketball players transitioning from college to professional sports. Over the years her firm has represented NBA, WNBA, and International athletes.
