Josie is a third year law student and Co-Chair of KHWLS. A native of the San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles County, Josie earned a BA in English Literature from Azusa Pacific University. She spent her 1L summer working at Alcoholic Beverage Control in pursuit of a career in the wine and alcohol law industry. She is currently serving as the vice-president for the Law Student Association. In her free time, she enjoys finding new sour beers, baking bread, and searching for the perfect breakfast diner.

Cory Darnell is a second year law student and Co-Chair of KHWLS. He is deeply passionate about all areas of viniculture and hopes to make wine law his career. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley, a master’s degree in Business Administration focusing in International Business from Trinity College Dublin, and a Post Graduate Certificate from Bournemouth University in International Corporate Governance. He is also a member of the International Compliance Association in good standing. Before Law School, he set up his own winery called 'Chaumiere Longs Camps Winery' in Guernsey, Channel Islands and was labeled the best winemaker in the British Isles 2014 by ReiseArt Culture & Tourism Ltd, also winning first and second place in several competitions in Europe. Don’t let the above fool you, he still considers himself quite the novice, especially regarding New World wine methods, science, and technology and eagerly hopes to increase his knowledge.

Chris Moskal is a second year law student and the Vice President of Wine of KHWLS. He is also the founder of the Cannabis Law Society, and a LSA 2L Rep. A native of Maryland, Chris earned his bachelor's degree from UMBC, where he studied political science, international affairs, and French. During his undergraduate years, Chris spent a semester abroad in Paris, where he discovered a passion for the study of wine and beer. Before attending law school, Chris worked in Morgan Stanley's Fixed-Income division and in various sales and service roles. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing, cycling, and home-brewing beer.

Clint is a very hard working treasurer (along with several other groups). He is the one that gets us food! He was involved with various activist groups through college, particularly Students for a Democratic Society. He was able to do a study abroad in Chengdu, China where he also taught English as a second language. He spent post-graduation working in a variety of restaurants around the country. Most recently he was volunteering in the Brooklyn Housing Court helping unrepresented tenants navigate their way through the court system.

Laura is our secretary. She is a writer and blogger for an online publication focusing on Asian-American business success lifestyle. Prior to moving, she taught yoga as an instructor at 24 Hour Fitness. During college, she interned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. Her. interests include yoga, health and travel.
