Please join King Hall's Water Association of Law & Policy and theEnvironmental Law Society as we welcome Professor Carl Bauer of the University of Arizona's School of Geography and Development to discuss the current debates and historical context of this comprehensive water policy reform and how this relates to California's own water policy and resource management efforts.
