Ms. Toole O'Neil
Ms. Toole O'Neil has over 25 years of experience in environmental projects as a research manager, regulator and lead engineer focusing on air and multi-media issues for industries as diverse a power plants and dairies. Ms. Toole O'Neil is a Certified Lead Auditor for the California Climate Action Registry for the General And utility Reporting Protocols, and is leading the Tetra Tech EMI team on climate change. She has worked on air toxics issues for ten years with a focus on mercury and fuels. Ms. Toole O'Neil worked for EPA for over four years in enforcement and technical support on energy, large industries and agriculture and diaries. She is a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), Certified hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), master level, and she has a BS in Chemistry and MS in Chemical Engineering.
