The King Hall Legal Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to increasing equal access to the American Legal System for underserved populations.
The Foundation was founded by King Hall students in 1978. KHLF is managed and operated by student volunteers. The many students, faculty, staff, and community members who donate their effort and time to the organization are vital to the success of KHLF.
KHLF raises funds through its Annual Spring Charity Auction, the Boutin Golf Tournament, and donations from alumni, charitable foundations, and other friends of KHLF. The KHLF Spring Charity Auction began 36 years ago as a small affair, drawing a dedicated group of students, faculty, and staff supporters. Since then, the Auction has become an important King Hall tradition and a major source of funding for King Hall students dedicated to the public interest. Students at King Hall also generously support their peers who are pursuing important public interest work by donating through the Day of Wages campaign. To download the 2014-2015 KHLF Board Member Application, please click here.
