Maxim's Legal Department is seeking a law school intern
to support the Commercial Contracts Group and other
legal functions. This is a 12-week paid summer

Job Description:
As an intern, you will:
- Review contracts and non-disclosure agreements and
edit, revise and compare to playbook positions
- Work with Contracts Group members in explaining and
negotiating agreement terms, with input on risk and
mitigation alternatives. Contracts and issues will
pertain to US and non-US laws and legal systems.
- Exposure to litigation and claims pertaining to
contract terms and disputes
- Broad exposure to various legal issues, including but
not limited to, commercial contract, intellectual

Our clerkship program provides aspiring patent attorneys with a thorough exposure to the profession.
