Albert Lin King Hall

Albert Lin is a professor of law at UC Davis Law School. His interests include environmental law, natural resources law and evidence. He received an M.P.P. from Harvard University in 1995 and a J.D. from UC Berkeley in 1996. Prior to becoming a professor, Lin was a Law Clerk to Hon. James R. Browning, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1996-97. He then was a Law Clerk to Hon. Merrick B. Garland, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Most recently, Professor Lin was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment & Natural Resources Division, 1998-2003.
